"Colors looked a bit different in person"
The colors weren’t exactly what I expected when it arrived. They looked a little off compared to the photos online. I reached out to support and they basically said that lighting and screen settings can make the shades look different, which makes sense, but it was still a bit disappointing.

I had a really good experience with Green Fairy Quilts. I had a couple of questions before I placed my order, and they got back to me with answers that were actually easy to understand.
No confusing wording, no long wait, just clear replies and helpful details. I really appreciated that they kept it simple, simple in a good way, and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking.
After that, everything went smoothly. the communication was what made me feel comfortable ordering, and that really matters to me. I’d be happy to buy from them again...

"Nice quilts, but shipping was a little steep"
I ordered from greenfairyquilts.com and everything showed up just fine. The fabric was packed well, no damage, no weird surprises, always a relief. My only small complaint is that the shipping cost was a bit higher than I expected. I know shipping isn’t cheap these days, but still, ouch. Overall I’m happy with what I got and would order again, I’d just love it if the shipping was a little cheaper.

"Really nice fabric choices"
I ordered from greenfairyquilts.com because I was trying to find a few fabrics that felt a little different from the usual stuff I keep running into. they had a really nice mix, and it was easy to put together colors that actually worked well with each other.
When the fabric showed up, it looked just like the photos, maybe even a little prettier in person. The quality felt solid, and the selection was great for quilting projects. I’ll probably check here first next time I need fabric.

I had a really nice time using greenfairyquilts.com! The site was easy to get around, and the menus actually made sense, which I always appreciate. I found quilt patterns and info quickly without having to click all over the place. The pages loaded smoothly for me, and the checkout seemed straightforward too. I also loved that the pictures were clear enough to really see the details. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience!

"Return was easier than I thought"
I ordered from greenfairyquilts.com and had to send one item back. I was expecting the return to be a pain, especially since I wasn’t totally sure about the quality of the item once I saw it in person.
Customer service got back to me quickly and explained what I needed to do. The steps were straightforward, and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth or confusion.
My refund came through not too long after they received the package. Overall it was a good experience, though I’d probably look a little more closely at product details next time before ordering again

"Got it back so fast"
I sent my quilt in and got it back way sooner than I thought I would. The updates were easy to follow and clear, and something about it just made the whole process feel really smooth. Really happy with how quickly everything was done...

Overall, it looked mostly like the photos, so I’m not too upset. The fabric color was a little different in person though, like maybe the pictures were taken in lighting that made it look slightly more accurate than it actually is.

I had an issue with my order, getting it sorted ended up being more frustrating than I expected. I emailed a couple of times and didn’t hear back very quickly, so I felt like I had to keep chasing just to get an update.
To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, and I appreciate that. But it’s not even about that as much as the lack of communication along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it’s definitely not something I’d want to deal with again.

"They had exactly what I needed"
I found the fabrics I was looking for right away, and checkout was super easy. i blame myself for expecting it to be more complicated than it was. No issues at all, just a smooth shopping experience.

"Precuts were fine, just not perfect"
They were okay overall. I know precuts aren’t always going to be flawless, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but some of the edges were definitely a little uneven. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed

I ordered a quilt kit and a few fabrics, and I was half expecting something to be off because I’m always a little suspicious ordering fabric online. But everything showed up packed neatly and even shipped faster than I thought it would. The colors were close to the photos too, which was a nice surprise. Checkout was simple, and I don’t really have any complaints. I’d probably order from them again.

"Shipping took a bit longer than expected"

I ordered from Green Fairy Quilts and everything showed up exactly like I chose it. The fabric colors looked right, the cuts were correct, and nothing was missing. Shipping was maybe a little slower than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again

"Great quilting and ready to use"
I sent my quilt in for longarm quilting, and it came back looking really nice. The stitching was clean and even, and the whole quilt laid flat, which made it feel basically ready to bind and use right away. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
